When you purchase a Pre-engineered Reader Mounting Subassembly, most of the installation work is completed before the unit arrives at your site. That's because we mount the Sender and Receivers and complete the prewiring to the included junction box. We also make adjustments specific to your conveyor configuration and then test the unit before shipping it to your site. Final mounting of the unit becomes a much easier and quicker task with less chance for error and ultimately less cost for installation. The assembly also provides three axes of adjustment in order to accommodate any special configurations or interferences that may be encountered at your site.
